Joseph Dixon produces a wide variety of cutting forms (dies) all laser cut to suit customer requirements.

Hard copy or electronic date can be used to manufacture the product. Laser cutting and CAD technologies are available.

Different base materials e.g. wood, lexan, tufnol and various combinations are available.

A number of different blade types can be supplied depending upon the application.

We supply to a whole host of different industries. Due to our extensive engineering facilities we are able to manufacture combination tooling e.g. a cutting formes with solid punches, steel plates on back, Chamber Tools, Stripping tools, Picking jigs  Ejection plates, ejection Rubber.

Ejection and fixing plates can be provided if required.

Joseph Dixon has a large range of creasing rules which means that whatever your requirements are for cutting and creasing dies we will be able to offer a solution.

 RECONDITIONING

We offer a reconditioning service to help keep your Cutting Dies costs down.
All tools will wear and require replacement with constant use, however, to protect your investment we can replace worn blades, punches and ejection.
Obviously this depends upon the condition of the base but in most cases a number of refurbishments can be carried out on one base.

Our highly skilled cutting forme makers, most of which have been with use since leaving school have been trained in house after leaving school now been in the die making industry for many years. You can therefore be assured that all the cutting and creasing dies (formes) that we produce are to the highest possible standard.
