BOBST CUTTING DIES


Joseph Dixon Bobst cutting dies are manufactured from finest materials. We laser cut the die boards while the cutting rules are fed in to the auto rule bender ensuring absolute accuracy. The die is rubberd using the correct profile rubber for the application.

BOBST MALE & FEMALE STRIPPING TOOLS


As with the cutting die we only use finest quality materials, our experienced cutting forme makers manufacture the strippers from the die file and then the Male and female boards are cut on the Laser, after which the peripherals are inserted onto the stripping boards giving you high speed high quality stripping tools.

BOBST MALE & FEMALE BLANKING TOOLS


Again we use only high quality materials when manufacturing the blanking tool set. Our CAD operators design the male & female and send it to the laser where the male blanker board is cut.
Peripherals, joggers etc. are added where necessary, producing a high speed blanking tool
