FORGE KNIVES AND TOOLING
For a more robust cutting solution why not try a Forge Knife. We manufacture these from fine quality hardened steel and our specialists hot bend them to the shape required by the customer. The tool is then hardened and tempered to make it hard and tough. Finally the tool is ground and honed to give a fine cutting edge.

Forge knives can incorporate a variety of features including punches, fittings, ejection and back plates. Alternatively they can be slip through and relatively simple.

We can supply fixings to enable the tool to be bolted to your press if required. Different blade configurations such as bevel and height are available and as always our advice is always part of the service.

We also offer a re-sharpening or reconditioning service to our customers to ensure that our products remain in peak condition.
