QUALITY CONTROL Joseph Dixon's commercial and manufacturing processes have been developed to ensure product is received by the customer "right first time". Our Quality management System has a number of mechanisms to ensure processes are mistake proofed and a number of verification activities are made throughout the product realisation from receipt of an order to the delivery of the product.
QUALITY ASSURANCE The Quality Management System has been in place since 1991. We strive for zero defects in all that we do and if problems should occur we have robust mechanisms in place for corrective action. | |||||||||||||||
IN-HOUSE Our quality system is all embracing throughout the business from the handling of enquiries, quotes, customer orders through to production, verification, packaging and despatch. We choose and monitor our suppliers carefully and work in partnership with them in order to maximise customer satisfaction. | ON-SITE We believe that to ensure customer satisfaction our duty to customers does not end when the product has been delivered. Any problems must be dealt with in an effective manner. Our staff will be more than happy to visit and offer guidance or advice.
